With over 19 years of paralegal experience, Dominitrice now offers virtual business services, mentorship, and community workshops to uplift underserved youth and women. Her mission is to help others evolve, thrive, and rise beyond their past.

Born in a refugee camp in Thailand and raised in America, Laura’s journey is one of resilience, identity, and purpose. After building a successful corporate career, she walked away — with the support of her husband, Marcello — to launch Beautiful Potential Consulting, empowering women through healing and entrepreneurship.

Together, Laura and Marcello co-hosted the Blasian Soul Podcast. Following his passing from cancer, Laura found strength in sisterhood, which led to the birth of Soul SIS! — a continuation of their legacy and a platform for women to rise, reclaim, and thrive.
